I thought only Philips Softone had this shape, and that Osram Bellalux Soft, had a mushroom shape in additional to golf-ball and candle shapes.

From what I know is that OSRAM was the original maker of square/T shaped bulbs from the 70s - Philips Softone was like their response to OSRAM in the 80s but made their T shape slightly different design Smile
