They do this when new or not lit for a while. When in regular service they are only mildly dim and warm up like any other T8
|

@Beta 5: Ah ok, I will be running this again for a while and in fact I may as well start using it in the office room 36W fixture since it is July - thanks to Patrick encouraging me

This is now being used in the office room now and honestly it really suit the summertime even with the bad weather that we have been having all the time
I will keep it in use until like mid October
