2ft 20W fluorescent fixture that has 1x main tube and a backup 8W T5 tube

Spotted back in the Uni of Reading Whiteknights campus area when I was on a temp job back in 2018

How do I know it has what I described? Well I spotted another that happened to be missing its cover

Seemed to be a reasonable quantity of various old fluo fittings there a few years ago. I used to do their fireworks displays....
