That happened to one of mine a few years ago, I just broke off the remaining glass and ran it to EOL

What a coincidence - I just need to stick back the tube base onto the housing and get rid of the remaining broken outer glass
or I could salvage the ballast

I think these may be Sylvania made, they seem to have some similarities to their lamps.

Yes I think they are typical Sylvania designed but a slightly older version, not as old as the classic Hungarian made style
