aei (aka thorn m25 flood) 
fitted with mbu 400w, got this on ebay as someone highlighted it, does anyone know when red, black and green colours were discontinued? it has those on its original flex. was only used a couple of weeks a year since new. had a thorn 500w gls fitted when i got it. when did aei become atlas / thorn

yep it will be winter soon, fog is possible. i recall sox being the best light source for foggy conditions now a thing of the past really

I powered up my 400w flood in the garden and I think it attracted every fly and moth in the estate

Red-black-green changed to brown-blue-green/yellow in 1969-1970. That's flex colours. T&E remained red and black for 2 or 3 more decades.

thanks bc5-80, so it must be before or around 1969/1970 its badged aei not atlas or thorn
