Sugg No 2 burners and mantles
Two Sugg ceramic gas burners and associated mantles for use in gas streetlights.
The burners themselves are very hard to come by but there are still people making the mantles. I imported these mantles from Germany.
These mantles are non-thoriated so there is no risk of breathing in radioactive dust if the mantle breaks!
Note the gauze "swirler" in the neck of the burner to help mix the fuel and air mixture before combustion.

The mantles are German but I don't know about the burners. Those were dug out of Chris Sugg's shed after being made who knows how long ago!
