Can see how Thorn just simply made the stamp to not include the 'Thorn' name and instead stamp the date code and wattage only for the bulbs that were to be packaged for the Tesco own brand Smile

Yes, it wasn't a very high effort alteration - they used the normal Thorn etch, just without the Thorn logo! Shocked

I remember these on the shelves in tesco, purchased a few years back but sadly they are long gone.
