Faulty Osram dual wattage (turn-down) lamp + home-made repair
This dual wattage lamp does not function as intended, with only 1 brightness setting working (the rest does nothing), and even the setting that works seems to alternate with brightness when tapped (likely some of the filament is shorted). The lamp also had no pull cords, though I corrected that with some I found online (I'm quite pleased with the end result though the materials of the cords are much more modern.)
