Wotan/Osram Duka Universal 18w sodium safelight
A very nice little fitting I managed to acquire from Ebay recently, intended for use as a sodium safelight. These fittings contain a standard 40w T12 ballast which is used to drive the tiny sodium lamp. The lamp itself is also very interesting, and will be featured in a photo of its own!

I think a 18W LPS lamp should be work on a 20W T12 ballast.
