Thorn EMI 65w T12 with interesting endcaps
This style of endcaps on any Thorn tube below 100w (8ft) is not unheard of, but is much rarer than the standard ones used by Thorn. This tube came in a Thorn Popular Pack I bought today.

seen these on old capital T thorn tubes from the late 70's very early 80's and also on some very early 80's sylvainia 8 foot 125 watt tubes i have, never on a thorn emi tube though as this would have been 1985 to 88 vintage

I've got an earlier Thorn 35-80w Coolwhite tube with this style of end cap.
