Sylvania 58w red T8 tubes
Couldn't believe it once more when I lifted the lid and saw five of these taped in a bundle with other tubes in the lamp bin this morning! Sadly 2 of them tested EOL (lost vacuum) but the other 3 work fine and look lightly used. I don't think these are that old actually.

So are these actually red phosphor or red glass?

I'd bet on red glass. Pretty much every red lamp that I have seen that uses phosphor looks more like pink than proper red tbh.
