Atlas 85w Super white Super Six tube
It really was a real unexpected treat to find both a NOS Super Six and Super Five in yesterday's old tube bundle in the lamp bin! Sadly there were 2 of these, 1 of them rung off at the other end (typical!) These are quite rare I believe.

Shocked LAMP PORN!! Shocked That's superb! I've never to this day managed to get my hands on a Super Six tube. Yes, being Thorn made, sadly these do lose their ends tho

Rare indeed .... Was there ever a Super Eight?
Lightbulbfun   [14 Dec, 2022 at 06:36 PM]
there was indeed a Super Eight, or at least signs of one, listed in Catalogs IIRC, it was of course the then new efficient 85W 8ft size, but I dont think anyones ever actually found a Super Eight branded tube! its sort of the stuff of legends going all the way back to the ATL days!
