Wickes-branded Thorn 10w 2D adapter lamp Found in a small lot of lamps on Ebay a few days ago, I had to get this as I've never seen one of these adapters sold in a Wickes-branded box. I had hoped that the lamp's etch would also be Wickes-branded, but as I had half suspected, it's just a repackaged Thorn. A nice lamp nonetheless!

Well, you see something new every day! Seen these Thorn / Mazda / GE branded before, but never Wickes. I think there might also have been a version branded BHS back in the day too, but I've never seen one!

Very nice! I wonder if they also sold the replacement lamps for these in Wicked branded packaging too?

These were probs sold as cheaper alternatives to the then state of the art Philips SLs
