Lighting in video games Ok I once briefly covered this on ATL, but got a feeling it was `frowned upon`!, so I`ll keep it off topic, I just found it interesting that game developers are going into more detail with their programming as next gen consoles get better. This is a screen shot from The Evil Within 2, and what looks like a GLS post top, and a Halide cobra head!, I found it rather cool.

Have to say, the lighting in that does look very realistic!

Looks a bit better than Goldeneye on the N64, which is the newest game I play Cool

Never been into computer games. I think the last computer I had was a Commodore +4 and you had to load the games off a cassette! That takes me back. And as for graphics - blocky and vague!

GTA 5 has its mix of SON and white light in the game same where you notice photocells as well
