Hello FrontSideBus, thanks for your comment. It is not a MBF/R lamp.
These were also available in two versions in the GDR: 250W and 400W. Are you interested in a pdf with 29MB?
It lists all NARVA mv lamps from 1979 (in English - very rare). I could send that to you with wetransfer. I then need an email address.

I didn't mean an actual reflector, but rather lamps that had the phosphor on the upper part and then either clear or opaque glass on the lower part, which is what this is?

Andy, you are right, too. The 80W rating is rarer.
