Revo C2237 wellglass Originally restored for a friend who intended to restore it, but couldn't find the correct wall dome, they let me have the fitting to compliment the smaller Revo C1500 and smaller yet Revo (or GEC) wellglasses. The Revo C2237 is the largest wellglass in the range, capable of 200w GLS max, as seen fitted here. Unfortunately shoddy storage has scuffed all the paintwork back to bare metal in places, so before I can install it i will strip and respray it again to ensure there's no defects which will allow rust/corrosion to set in.

How about an 18w SOX lamp? Wink One fits like, I have tried it, that'd be a very unusual addition.

Thinking about using this now to replace the GEC Z9582 on the back of the house. Just means I need to get more 18w SOX lamps, and a suitable ballast/igniter for it.

There was somebody selling Parmar resonant start 18w sox ballasts on the bay a while ago quite cheap. I picked up a couple and stuck one in my Gamma 6. There is also a seller Listing 4 packs of Osram lamps for a reasonable price too.

Plans to replace the Z9582 could well be under way soon, I've noticed the gear trays beginning to rust again, so whether or not this gets used remains to be seen.
