Siemens NW18 Nightwatch bulkhead lit.
A recent purchase welcomes a bulkhead I've searched for ages into the collection. Originally starting out as GEC, the Siemens NW18 Nightwatch bulkhead is the only SOX bulkhead to be offered by GEC. Featuring a brown base, it oozes 80's design. Also available as an add on was a small wall bracket, which when mounted, would make the front of the cover perfectly level.
The Siemens branding is unusual for this, I've never seen one installed. Despite being NOS, when I first opened it, it was missing the 18w SOX lamp and its support. I have added this support and also a Osram Supersox, which is likely what the bulkhead would have been supplied with.
Currently I have no plans for installation, so it'll more than likely stay in storage until a time where it can be displayed.

It's surprising how you can see the tube through the bowl, these are usually more diffused.
