2 foot 40w Northlight GB made Philips. I have a few of these & luckily, I was able to track down a Tridonic EC 40-59 ballast to run my 40w tubes with (the thing is huge, about as long as 2x 20 ballasts)

Not easy to find, a genuine Tridonic 2' 40w ballast. GB Philips T12s are probably the best tubes ever made too, they just last forever!

I have seen some pretty epic banding on the GB Philips tubes. & yup, took me a few years to find one of those monolithic Tridonics. Mine is currently in a lightpack, but I think the heat from the tubes will eventually roast the turn buckle on the cover plate. I have a NOS 2 foot crompack, so I think that is where the 40w ballast will end up
