Good HF ballast

When this job came through I thought it unusual as I have NEVER changed a thorn / atlas last 90s HF ballast for single tube operation this type. In some of the schools and fire stations these have done many many hours and are still good, the 2X70 however is a pile of shit. For some reason the caretaker tried 3 different tubes and it didn’t work… worked first time for me!
