LED tubes looking great lol

This massive freezer was converted to led tubes back in 2016 by the chiller company before I looked after this factory. Converting some back to FL lol

at least it still emits light lol.. we got changed to LED a few years ago, and so many failures.. some of the original Philips electronic ballasted fluorescent fittings are still in place, and still working 24-7...

The directors are wanting to change the office to LED. I know that there isn't really anything I can do to stop it other than make sure they are aware that it is far from the perfect technology that it is often made out to be.

I would expect LED tubes would last very long in freezers due to the cold air cooling the LEDs.
Fluorescent lamps have reduced performance in freezers.

With the amount of crap out there the only thing I expect from LED's is failure and disappointment tbh!
