Never been a massive fan of these, always thought the Civic looked a bit crap, like someone really couldn't be arsed when it came to the design

Indeed - they look alright with bowls, but I always thought the full cutoff versions looked rubbish. Another non-LED lantern I think looks bad is the Philips Streetfighter.
