Greenish Osram HQI-BT 400W/D or a clone, inside a floodlight with a mercury gear

I felt that I need to upload these pictures to show you the presence of greened out Osram HQI-BT 400W/D inside floodlights with mercury ballasts here in Israel, after the hot argument with Max in LG, regarding to the color of the Osram HQI-BT 400W/D lamp on MV ballasts.
I don't know how much it used, but it glowed greenish like this, from the moment of the installation of this floodlight near the synagogue and Dor-Alon gas station.
Either this is a clone or the ballast is a cheap Chinese generic one that underdrives the lamp (Low ballast factor).
This was very common phenomenon to see in Chinese 400W MH floodlights here in Israel.
