Thorn Pilote T1 at my mother street

I love this and the T2 lanterns alongside with Thorn Alpha 2000. Most of these lanterns here at the street, have a Tridonic ignitor that waits 10 secs during hot restrike before restriking the lamp successfully. I don't know what is the next, when the lamp don't restrike.
During cycling, in the first cycle, the ignitor waits 10 secs before restriking the lamp, and in the second cycle it waits 2 mins before restriking the lamp, and this repeated many times until the ignitor gives up.
These Thorn Pilote T1 lanterns, replaced these bell lanterns at the end of the 80's
