Osram Electronic HID ballasts

I bought both ballasts as a spare if the current ballast of my tracklight would fail.
The top ballast, I bought accidentally at eBay, without known it is too big for the ballast compartment, and the bottom ballast I bought at Aliexpress, and will replace the Philips HID-PrimaVision PV C 70 /S CDM electronic HID ballast in the compartment of my tracklight, when it would fail.
The top ballast I would give it to Ash if I will have a free time.
