Shame someone didn't simply think to re-lamp the wall pack. I hate it when people bodge installations like this. Worst case, if they really didn't want these discharge, there are now a multitude of fairly decent LED retro-fit lamps they could have picked from (and I'm NOT talking corn cobs).
