I guess the incandescent fittings came first (as I cen see them in the area further away too) and someone then added these fluorescents to this area for increased light. In turn, looks like the LED floodlight has taken over. Probably only needed to stick some new tubes in, Shame. LED floodlight doesnlt look very healthy...

The fluorescent fittings replaced the incandescent fittings, and the LED replaced the fluorescent fittings. Ash probably know what is the model of the incandescent and the fluorescent fittings.

The fluorescent's look like decent older weatherpacks too, shame about the missing covers.
