These are really nice, remember seeng these around in the past, I think you can still get them though who knows what the build quality is like!

They were around up to the early 10's. The glass is good. The body and basket are thin and lightweight alloy made, fair enough as long as not used outdoors. Cheap porcelain E27, ground screw and thats about it

Yes outdoor use is where the quality differences really show up, after 10 years they can either still look like new, or be a corroded powdery mess fit for the bin.
