Why this is happening? When I turned on the lighting in our room, but not above my bed, this Nepton corncob G9 lamp glowed dimly. It would light at full output when the lights above my bed are on, and not light at all, when they are off, together with the lighting at the room, but it glowing dimly when only the lighting at the room turned on. Why this is happening?

Are any one of the diodes out?, I had my first DIALL, (made by Supertrend), pack up on Halloween night at 10,647 hours, this died the same way, one diode out, and the whole lamp went dim and flickery as yours has here.

This lamp should be off as it actually turned off, but it actually glowing dimly, when the ceiling lights turned on.
