Probably find there's nothing a pair of new lamps wouldn't fix there. Guess someone decided the LED lanterns did a good enough job, so no point in using the floodlights. One seems to have tilted a long way up too...

I think they would be replaced with two crap LED floodlights.

Although LED this looks like quite a fancy installation, a bit spoiled by 2 aging floods that could have been removed?
