Yes. especially if you think that this is the actual color and not some coloure overexposed picture. the coating is only slightly rose when off.

These lamps were used Open ceeiling and stnading lights common in the poorer parts of europe. During the 70s tones of yellow amber and red were especially popular in (eastern) europe....
