ROMA bulkhead

Interestingly, this had the same problem as the VS ballast Rich posted the other day. Only had about 150 V coming out of the ballast. Ripped that stupid safety connector off and put a normal connector in place. Obviously this Ballast had sat there for a while as this previously had a disgusting fusion branded corn cob. Also the fitting was quite wet inside.
