Invertec 8w fluorescent 24v fitting. Another Invertec 24v fluorescent fitting. Lights the tube at full brightness and pre-heats, designed for use on vehicles with a 24v electrical system such as buses. It's neat little fitting though the end caps let it down a bit.

How does it react to EOL tubes? These look like the same lamp holders on my RDL bulkhead and they're not too bad. Not the best though.

I don't currently have any EOL tubes to try with it. I usually take them straight to the tip as an excuse to check the lamp bin. I will keep the next one I get from the outside light.
