Still fluorescent at Bootle Strand shopping centre, 2018 I don't have cause to visit the Bootle Strand shopping centre often these days. I did take some pics back in 2014 so was pleased to see the fluorescent lighting still going strong and being maintained well. These recessed lights have lost their opal diffusers. Bootle strand was opened in 1968 but a roof was added in the early 80s which is probably when these were installed.

Used to be a Burger King man but McDonald’s have revamped their menu and done up all their restaurants and left BK miles behind now imo.
