Only 2 single columns working and 2 half of twin brackets lit. Can't believe that people weren't kicking off about the lighting as it was crazy black. Only got the job as i reported it myself to the district council.

So they have been paying electric presumably unless there is a meter for lamps that weren't lit and have not been for years lol
