The 8ft BC fitting works Ballast is silent and produces 370v indicating its actually an autotransformer. Much like american rapidstart. Just need to get an 8ft tube since i dont have any, replace the pcb oil soaked wiring and clean the trough up and ill be posting proper lit pics!
