230V is rare on these phase. Now the phase where the watt meter is connected, have 216-219V and the phase where my GPT SC9 SET surge protector is connected have 223V.

I had moments where the phase that my watt meter is connected, was 196V. Now it is 218V.

The mains voltage in my mother home (1PH) is usually 230V or slightly lower. Ash said me that in newer apartments here, the voltage can be 240V.
