In the lake...

This light ended up being in the lake at a park.. the area where it is would normally be a boat-dock/parking lot. (I would assume they cut power to the lots once the water started getting close to them). I believe this and all the other original lights there are still MV as well.

The lake itself is used for flood-control (to protect things farther downstream), so parts of the park do end up flooded on the uncommon wet year we get.
