Phillips FGS 224 "Residium"

Philips FGS 224 for 1 x 36w PL-L lamp.

Bit disappointed in this tbh, it has the capability for the spigot to detach and be reversed for side-entry mode but it doesn't fit. It looks like you need a completely different spigot for side entry mode! Shit.

Also needs a lamp support.
Other than that seem a decent fitting.
Bowl could use a polish too.

Aye you gotta get the side entry spigot seperately, i believe they are 60mm so even those still require a adaptor to be fitted to existing brackets.

Yup, it's a shame they didn't do something like WRTL where the bracket does both. I've got one of these (also post-top) and I have to say it's cheaply constructed in comparison to the Libra.
