B&Q's "Clearance" (February 2019) #2/2

Had a nosy in B&Q today seeing as they had clearance signs plastered everywhere. I found loads of lamps in the clearance bins, here's a few interesting examples:

- 21w/840 Philips £7 each
- 15w/830 Philips £7 each
- 13w/840 Philips (would love a few of these at a reasonable price!) £7
- GE Wattmiser 21w 2D 840 £4 each
- Philips & Diall E27 LED assorted lamps £4 each
- Diall eco halogen lamps 3-pack, £4
- Diall extra large globe E27 CFL £10

So yeah, make up your own mind of how much of a worthwhile "clearance" this actually is

P.S. had to use the wide angle lens on my phone so quality is not good. Also I did take more pics but my phone decided to corrupt them all.

Those Philips LED A-shapes are good lamps, I have a couple in use, the 4000K ones.
B+Qs own Diall brand are good lasting ones too, the 1521 lumens LEDs, in cool white are proper bright Cool

Shame they won't reduce the price of those £6 8w tubes.

All Diall lamps I've used over the years have been excellent barring a couple of 400w R7s Halogens which were shite (but all cheap R7s halogens seem to be now). I had a Diall 23w CFL on dusk to dawn for 3 years or so, it still worked perfect when I (permanently) removed the fittings & I've still got the lamp somewhere lol

I have a Diall flower clf 35w and its been working well for a long time - like 4 or 5 years. It's got blackening but still fine.
