Philips and GE Pygmy 15W (ordinary use)

Went to the small car boot sale in Thatcham which I now will attend till the last one in 2nd November

At first I thought these were appliance/oven rated ones but they are for ordinary use. Both are 15W but you can see the style difference between the 2 manufacturers
