Fern-Howard Moonlight 16w 2D Bulkhead

Picked this up at a car boot sale at the weekend, a Fern Howard Moonlight FH790 16w 2D Bulkhead.

This is a bit of a weird thing TBH, it has a full plastic constrction and had no reflector so the light output isn't quite as good as it could be. Also has no capacitor. It does have a built in miniature photocell, but that's dead sadly & I had to bypass it
