Atlas phat-arse tropical daylight

here I got 4 of these came in from Ebay
but got package relayed to me. as seller fail
to ship to the U.S. i will be keeping two
As another American collector will be getting
these from from me. I find it unusual see these T12
in 6500k colour. It second most common colour from
cool whites in the U.S. but rare in T12 in U.K.
i would like know date on these lamp please
