LED PIR Solar "post" flood

Spotted a few of these things dotted around the place at the Airforce museum at the former RAF Gatow airbase in Berlin.
Not seen anything like this before tbh and I suppose could be useful for where you have no power.

If nothing else, judging by the shit on the solar panel, they make quite good perches for birds...
