Spotted these obviously mercury vapour lowbays lighting platform 13 and 14 at Manchester Piccadilly Railway station.
Can't see in the photo but they have prismatic bowls on them.

It's nice when you see MBF still being used.

Not been manchester for a while, all the trains to and from Liverpool used to be from Victoria. I have to change trains to get there now.

Glad to see these are still in service. It's been a good few years since I last used Manchester Piccadilly Station.

Pass these every few months on the way back to Salford when I visit family down south. Been meaning to grab a picture but never got round to it. I think euston also uses them or ones similar.
