Conical floods

Spotted loads of these conical type floods lighting up the area around the old Hamilton dock in Belfast.
Not sure what they burn as I didn't see them at night but some of them had LED corn-cob type lamps in them.
In the Hamilton dock is the SS Nomadic, tender to Titanic and her sister ships and the only surviving ship of the White Star Line in existence.
The other side of the road is the slipways where RMS Olympic, Titanic and Britannic were built.
