Modern German Post Top

Spotted hundreds of these dotted all around the city of Berlin mounted singly or in pairs like as pictured.

I really like the design of these!
The have what looks like a solid glass or plastic diffractor cover with some a stainless steel reflector rim and then a glass ring halfway down.
There also appears to be something going on with the optics inside but it's hard to see.

Wish we had these over here!
