Old (Taiwanese?) neon flickering flame lamp

Found this rather nice thing in Spain, the last one left in the store. Most flickering flame lamps from this era have very similar boxes with the same writing, must've been one or two Taiwanese manufacturers absolutely churning these out at one point in time.
