Found this in Spain too! Looks very Osram-esque but nothing really written anywhere apart from a sloppy generic etch!

The best part is, the tube looks pretty much like real Osram. I haven't seen many old off-brand PL's with this tube shape, they all seemed to have been with "U" tubes (like in stick CFLs of the 00's)
