Crude home-made reflector on a T12 fitting

In my college, in the only classroom which has T12, 2 of these and a Thorn Popular Pack with reflector (I'll try and get a photo of it someday). There is also some old-ish T8 fittings in a corridor and a very old Atlas popular pack fitting in a store room. This fitting must have caused some glare, so a crude reflector was bent into shape and the tube removed! Sorry about the blur, it would have been a little awkward trying to explain this to a teacher... (Edit: This is a Thorn fitting).
