Unknown Bollards Quite a number of these surrounding the Palm House in Sefton Park, Liverpool which is a big three-tier dome conservatory constructed in 1896. No idea who makes them, the model or what type of lamps the burn... I'll bet LED! Don't look too bad tbh, if a little out of place.
